One of my Patreon Patron’s kept sending me links to these fit men in Scotland who were exercising in the outdoors. She insisted that I make a video of my own. I believe it’s important to keep Koaw Nature’s Patrons happy…even if I half to get half-naked in winter to do it! I bought a utility kilt and set off to try the Ultimate Scottish Workout.
It was a lot of fun. A bit painful. Stick around for the outtakes at the end. And a big thanks to Caesar Villacorta for being the cameraman. Normally I do all my shooting but I definitely needed a cameraman for this. He probably saw a lot more than he wanted! Ha!
