Pike of any kind is not a go-to choice for making ceviche. I really wanted to try it out because I eat pike quite often. This adventure follows our catching of northern pike (Esox lucius) and the preparation of ceviche.

 

INGREDIENTS: Limes – (8ish) Enough to make ¾ cup of juice. Chili pepper (1) – Depending on what is sold around you, pick one that caters to your spicy/flavor preferences. Red onion (1) Cilantro (3 tbsp) Salt (pinch or two or three) FRESH Fish (2 lbs approx..) OPTIONAL: Garlic (1 tbsp or so)
