Ah yes…that moment in all our lives when a friend stops by with a bunch of gecko eggs and tells you one is soon ready to hatch. But of course that egg takes DAYS MORE TO HATCH than your friend said it would and you lose all that precious sleep!

This really was a special moment in my life, being able to witness a gargoyle gecko take its first breath of air outside of the shell. I hope you find it interesting as well!
