An amazing and unforgettable day! The pain was real...so was the pleasure! =)

Galen Mook, Director of MassBike, convinced me to go on an 80 mile biking trip along the Washington & Old Dominion Trail, across the Potomac to Maryland at White's Ferry, down into Washington D.C. along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal National Historic Park trail, and finally back up into Reston, Virginia. It's very rewarding to find great trails on a bicycle.

We found some pretty amazing wildlife too! Turtles, snakes, birds and other cool creatures!
